How we Work
We brief boards and senior management, and work with execution teams to understand and respond to political developments arising from the transition from a global market economy into a modern war economy.
Our endeavour goes beyond monitoring, analysing and reporting. We engage with clients and non commercial actors to move the needle, minimise risks and open opportunities inherent in the ongoing reconfiguration of the global economy and markets.
Our contracted work entails a mix of analytical reporting, written contributions and regular calls with briefings and dialogue.
Some of our contracts are projects, others are retained over longer periods developing joint approaches to themes of importance to clients. We also do insulated speaking engagements and briefings.
In a separate product line, Monaltor, we offer companies AI empowered human intelligence around geopolitical scenarios of particular importance to their business. This service is designed to include critical alerts and direct links to supply chains and market data for individual companies, managed either inside the company data universe or at an external platform handling process data.
